Begin your second day in Jamestown by taking a tour of the Robert H. Jackson Center and learn about the life and career of United States Supreme Court Justice and Chief Prosecutor for the U.S. at the Nuremberg Trials, Robert H. Jackson. The museum is housed in a beautiful mansion built in 1858 and makes for a wonderful tour for those interested in architecture as well. Reg Lenna Center for the Arts is a historic 1,165 seat theater that features an original 1878 Buffalo Bill billboard, local FM radio station, pre-function space, and a multi-media arts studio. They offer theater tours for groups and host a variety of events throughout the year including concerts, ballet, orchestras, and movies all of which could be great add-on activities for your group! Time to tour the theater is around 45 minutes.
Head out for lunch and split your group between Lisciandro's Restaurant and The Pub. Both family owned, Lisciandro's is a breakfast and lunch diner serving up daily specials. Next head to the Fenton History Center, an 1863 mansion and former home of New York's 22nd Governor, Reuben E. Fenton. Head to the Audubon Community Nature Center where they believe experiencing the natural world first hand is key in developing a connection to the planet. Find exhibits, a bird collection, wildlife art, and programming dedicated to highlighting nature. There are trails with overlooks and photo blinds for great birdwatching. It's estimated that 200 unique species roam the grounds of the wildlife sanctuary which is home to an especially large population of blue birds, rails, and soras. Time to tour between 60 and 90 minutes.
Make sure your group doesn't head back hungry. Stop at The Landmark Restaurant in the downtown Jamestown area to grab a great dinner before hitting the road to head back home. Offering everything from steaks and seafood to salads and sandwiches, the restaurant has a separate room that is perfect for groups to have their own space.
