The Mecham Duo at The Marvin House

The Mecham Duo will perform at the Marvin House on July 9th, offering an evening of live music in a historic setting. Doors open at 6:00 for wine and refreshments, and the concert begins at 7:00.
Twin brothers Aaron and Boaz Mecham are accomplished young musicians with strong Jamestown roots. They began violin lessons at age 5 through Jamestown’s Suzuki program and later studied piano with the late renowned teacher Helga Hulse.
At 15, they enrolled at SUNY Fredonia and, in 2025, became the youngest graduates in the School of Music’s history, earning bachelor’s degrees in violin and piano performance summa cum laude.
They are now pursuing master’s degrees in Historical Performance at Oberlin Conservatory of Music, focusing on Baroque violin, harpsichord, and organ.
