The 2026 Mayville Winter Festival is Feb. 13-15 on the shores of Chautauqua Lake. This family fun winter weekend features:
- The famous Chautauqua Lake Ice Castle
- Bonfires

- Horse-drawn wagon rides
- Snowmobile rides
- Face painting
- Craft show

- Flare parade and fireworks

The Mayville Winterfest gets underway Friday with the opening ceremony at 6 p.m., including the lighting of the castle. The festival resumes Saturday at 10 a.m. and continues until 10 p.m. Sunday's festivities take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission to the Mayville Winterfest is free, but there are some paid activities and parking fees apply at certain locations. Plan to park and take the free shuttle throughout the Mayville Winterfest on Saturday and Sunday. The shuttle is sponsored by New York Bus Sales, INC.
