Infinity Student Art Show Opening at Pearl City Clay House

Infinity Visual and Performing Arts, Inc. is proud to present its annual juried Student Art Show, hosted at Pearl City Clay House.

The show kicks off with an Opening Reception on Friday, July 10, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Pearl City Clay House Gallery, located at 220 East 2nd Street. The reception is free and open to the public.

This year’s exhibit features original works by Infinity student artists of all ages, including sculpture, illustration, painting, and more. The show offers a vibrant and inspiring snapshot of the creativity being nurtured inside Infinity’s classrooms.

"Art gives young people a powerful way to express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others,” said Infinity’s Executive Director, Shane Hawkins, “Infinity is committed to creating opportunities for our students to grow as artists and as individuals. Our Student Art Show gives students the chance to experience what it's like to exhibit their work in a professional gallery. We invite the community to join us to celebrate their creativity!"

This year’s exhibition was made possible, in part, thanks to community sponsors, including: ART Cloth + Craft, Axiom, Bluebird and Blue Art Studio, Chautauqua Art Gallery, Courier Capital, Jamestown Area Community Federal Credit union, Karen Weyant, Merrill Lynch of Jamestown, Saxton, Kocur and Associates, SKF, Three Sixty Graphics, and Wegmans.

The exhibit will remain on display at Pearl City Clay House through July 31, and is viewable during regular Pearl City Clay House business hours.

Pearl City Clay House is a community ceramics and visual arts space operated by Infinity Visual and Performing Arts, Inc. All profits from PCCH programming directly supports youth music and arts education programming at the Infinity Center.
