Learn to Brew in a traditional European brewhouse made in Budapest, Hungary.  Cover the fundamental science along with sampling and flavor analysis.  Appropriate for 1 to 4 people per session.

Southern Tier Brewing Company, located outside of the village of Lakewood, is the maker of more than 30 varieties of beer. This wide array of carefully hand-crafted beers include ales, stouts, lagers and porters. In operation since 2002, the brewery now distributes to more than half of the United States, and exports beer around the world. 2011 production is estimated to reach 50,000 barrels.
