CCVB has many helpful information resources to assist visitors in learning about things to see and do in Chautauqua County. Area attractions, events, lodging, shopping, and dining establishments have the opportunity to participate in these resources and get their message into the hands of visitors.

- TourChautauqua Visitor Website--used by more than 500,000 visitors annually
- Online Calendar of Events
- Printed Event Calendars--winter, spring, and fall calendar tablets are available for businesses to provide to customers. We also produce and email pdf event calendars during the busy summer months.
- Mailed Information Resources—we will mail out a travel guide and other area information
- Information Center Locations—we offer information services at the Chautauqua Lake Rest Area Information Center on I-86 near Bemus Point, as well as at the Main Gate of Chautauqua Institution on Route 394. These centers assist more than 40,000 visitors to the area each year.
- Information Packets for Groups—we will work with group function planners to provide information packets/bags to their guests upon arrival.

Tourism Industry Representative of the Year
Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau presented the inaugural Chautauqua County Tourism Industry Representative of the Year award to David Briska of the Dunkirk Lighthouse & Veterans Park Museum during our 68th annual meeting held at Peek'n Peak Resort.
