Bemus Point draws the most visitors from early May into October, with a peak season of Memorial Day to Labor Day offering warm weather, fun on Chautauqua Lake, live music, lakefront dining, and frequent events.

Some shops and restaurants operate year-round, but most open in early May for the annual Bemus is Blooming event. They remain open through at least the Bemus Point Fall Fest in September.
