New York State Maple Weekend

Visit a NYS maple producer farm for a delicious, fun-filled outing that has a little something for all maple-lovers to taste and experience.

Maple Weekend is a chance for the public to come to the farm to learn about New York’s maple sugarmaking processes and traditions and to provide a chance to taste pure maple syrup in its many forms – right from the source.

This event is organized and sponsored by the New York State Maple Producers’ Association. We are proudly funded by both our members and the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets.

Some Maple Weekend events and locations in Chautauqua County include:

Johnson Estate Winery: The winery will feature our unique Maple Liqueur paired with made to order French Crêpes, Julia Child-style, with fancy ground toasted nuts for $5/person. Scott’s Farm & Greenhouse: Tour of sugarbush, pancake breakfast, demonstration of operation, including candy and cream making. Cotton candy and all maple products available. along with greenhouse plants and honey products. Fairbanks Maple: All you can eat Pancake breakfast, maple breakfast sandwiches 8-12. Maple BBQ pulled pork 12-4. Sugar bush and sugarhouse tours and demonstrations.
