The Findley Lake-Mina Historical Society is located in the Community Center on North Road. Many pictures, estate items, WW I and WW II uniforms, maps and genealogy. Open Saturdays 9am-12pm and most Tuesdays. Call 716-769-7688 for different times or appointments.
The Historical Society holds a wealth of information and artifacts about the community.
The nearby Marion Labar Walford Water Wheel Overlook Building is a unique visitor center to honor the history of the original dam and mill built in 1815 by Alexander Findley, founder of the town. The dam created Findley Lake.
