Our delicious syrups are all made here on our farm on the shore of Lake Erie in Westfield, New York. We grow and harvest our own fruit which enables us to maintain the highest standards of freshness and quality. Each of our 27 flavors of syrup comes from fruit meticulously grown and harvested by hand. From Elderberry to Currant Raspberry we control the entire process and NEVER allow our products to be private labeled by an outside contractor. Yes, you may see a mechanical grape harvester parked in our yard from late summer through harvest but rest assured, we pick the grapes for our syrup by hand and use the harvester for our commercially contracted vineyards. Our Maple Syrup is produced in our state-of-the-art stainless steel evaporator over a wood fire which gives it an authentic maple flavor.
