The White Carrot family is passionate about providing the freshest local ingredients to their guests and a dining experience they'll always remember.
The White Carrot is owned and operated by Brian Kiendl and his wife Robin. Both born and raised in Chautauqua County, they've returned to their roots to open a farm to table restaurant.
Chef Brian's passion and love for cooking are easily seen by his great attention to detail and superb flavor profiles prepared in each dish. His ability to take simple ingredients and highlight their best attributes to present them in both contemparary and somewhat whimsical ways, stems from his classical French background.
