A visit to the brewery pub, The Empty Pint, could very well have you drinking beers that were kegged earlier that day. The Empty PInt is open Thursday & Friday (4-10pm), Saturday (12-10pm) and Sunday (Noon-6pm). A typical evening will offer a selection of 14 draught beers, often with a few "guest" taps, as well as bottled beers and wine. A limited menu includes grilled cheese, meatloaf, and pulled pork sandwiches, snacks and pork tacos. The Empty Pint serves hormone and antibiotic free meats and local produce and everything is homemade. Enjoy a beer outside on the lawn or under the timber frame covered patio.
The Empty Pint is also the starting point for Saturday Afternoon Brewery Tours ($12). Tours start at 12:15, 1, 1:45, 2:30, 3:15, and 4 pm. Visitors enjoy a guided walk through the brewery where it may be cold, hot, wet and noisy, and ends with beer samples in the tasting room overlooking the new brewhouse. Tours are available on a first come basis.
