Mission Statement
To support Chautauqua County businesses and the local economy by marketing to, attracting, and serving visitors to our county.
Member Benefits

All CCVB members are listed on the official tourism website www.tourchautauqua.com. A description and a photo of your business is included with your listing as well as a link to your website and/or email address.

In promoting Chautauqua County as a tourist destination through CCVB's advertising and public relations campaigns, your business will benefit from the influx of new revenue generated from tourism.

Accommodation members are listed in the Chautauqua County Accommodations Directory which is included with a Travel Guide in travel packets for mail out to visitors.

Accommodation members are able to post vacation and getaway packages on www.tourchautauqua.com Contact the CCVB office at 716-357-4569 for information.
- CCVB is your liaison for tourism industry issues with local, regional, state and federal agencies, organizations and officials.

CCVB will link to special deal/offer information provided by members.

All Members receive CCVB's quarterly newsletter which highlights important industry issues, events, news, and promotional opportunities.

Member brochures are placed at the Chautauqua Main Gate Welcome Center at Chautauqua Institution, accessible to over 150,000 visitors annually.

Fee Based Services for Members
CCVB provides additional services on a fee basis. Membership is a requirement to take part in some programs as indicated in the individual description below.

Travel Show Brochure Distribution - CCVB attends 2-3 travel shows a year in Buffalo and Cleveland, and takes along participating member's brochures to display to thousands of potential visitors. Cost is $100 annually. View participation form.

I-86 Chautauqua Lake Rest Area - Display your brochure or rack card at the new rest area. More than 200,000 travelers stop at the scenic area and 40,000-50,000 pick up information about things to do, places to eat, and lodging. Cost is $50-80 annually. View participation form.
