The Town of Busti is located at the south end of Chautauqua Lake, southwest of Jamestown, New York.

Nestled in the Allegany Foothills, the Town of Carroll has beautiful rural areas of farmland and forest and many other amenities within less than an hour drive.

The village of Cassadaga is located on the banks of one three conjoined Cassadaga Lakes., with a public beach and park along with a combination of residences, cottages and undisturbed tree-lined shoreline.

Located on the south-eastern shores of Chautauqua Lake, Celoron is home port to the Summerwind Yacht Cruises, and the hometown of Lucille Ball.

The Town of Charlotte is centrally located in the county, north of Jamestown and south of Dunkirk.

The town of Chautauqua is in the western part of the county on the northwestern end of Chautauqua Lake. It is northwest of Jamestown. Chautauqua is famous as the home of the Chautauqua Institution, the birthplace in 1874 of the Chautauqua Movement of educational and cultural centers.

Cherry Creek is situated on the east border of the county, northeast of Jamestown, New York. There is also a village named Cherry Creek located within the town.

Jamestown is the largest city in Chautauqua County. A city rich in historic sites and museums, downtown accommodations, dining opportunities, shopping and many special events!

The City of Dunkirk sits on Lake Erie, offering downtown lakefront marinas, accommodations, lake front parks, beaches and a small-city friendliness.

The Village of Falconer is within the Town of Ellicott. Falconer is on the eastern edge of the City of Jamestown, New York.

The Village of Forestville is within the Town of Hanover and in the northeast part of the county.

The south town line is the border with Pennsylvania (Warren County).  To the east is the Town of Carroll, and to the west is the Town of Busti.  To the North is the City of Jamestown and the Town of Ellicott.

The Village of Mayville, the Chautauqua County seat is situated on the northern end of Chautauqua Lake. Surounded by rolling hills, rural country side and is rich in county history. Mayville Lakeside Park is also home to the annual Winter Festival and ICE Castle held every Presiden'ts Day weekend and also the annual 4th of July Celebration and Fireworks.

The Village of Panama is in the northwest part of the Town of Harmony, New York. The village is at the junction of Route 474 (Main Street) and Route 33.

The Panama Rocks scenic attraction is south of the village. It has Paleozoic fossils in an outcrop.

The town was first settled around 1804. The Town of Sheridan was founded in 1827 from parts of the Towns of Hanover and Pomfret.

The Village of Sherman welcomes you! Starting the last Saturday in May and running every Saturday from 10:00am till 2:00pm, the Sherman Farmers Market has fresh baked goods, fresh seasonal produce, antiques, collectibles, artwork from local artisans, ethnic foods, and much more. The First Saturday in August is Sherman Day,  a day of fun and festivities are planned. Come and join the fun!!
