The Fredonia Opera House seats 444, is air conditioned, handicapped accessible, and equipped with an infrared hearing assistance system.The Opera House can be rented for events.  With a 1918 Steinway baby grand piano on site, it's a perfect venue for recitals and highly desirable for wedding ceremonies with a dramatic flair. The technical staff and multimedia equipment can accommodate the needs for meetings, workshops and conferences. They offer motor coach group tours as well.

This historic hotel has many years experience hosting motor coach groups, business conferences, and ultimate wedding experiences. The Victorian charm, fine cuisine and lake front location are just some of the reasons groups host their events at this unique venue. The dining room can accommodate up to 300 and there are 3 other rooms that can host from 25 to 200 people.

Meeting rooms are available for rental to host 20 to 130 people. Rentals include full use of the kitchen. There are a limited number of tables and chairs and some audio visual equipment. Check for availability. This is a unique venue to host a wedding, family reunion, retreat or work related workshop, or even a childs birthday party.

Bellinger Hall is complete with dorm-style lodging and plenty of meeting and breakout space.  Comfortable accommodations for up to 250 people are complimented by adaptable meeting rooms, a spacious dining hall, pleasant common areas and a garden courtyard.  A food service plan customized to each groups needs is available.

The steam powered stern-wheeler can accommodate 120 passengers. The upper deck offers open space, a shade/wind canopy, comfortable seats and tables, fully stocked bar, and a fantastic view of Chautauqua Lake. It can be enclosed in the case of inclement weater. Private charters for a wedding reception, business meeting or any special occasion are available. Motor coach groups are welcome too!

Open year round, the 2800 sq. ft. Main Lodge is perfect for reunions, retreats or large family gatherings, meetings, workforce training, conferences, & banquets. Group accommodations for 20-90 in separate sleeping lodge. Located on over 200 acres of wilderness, The Lodge is a unique venue for conferences and reunions. Hiking, cross county skiing and team building challenge course are available.

With a breath taking view of Lake Erie the main center has a capacity of 250 complete with stage and sound system.  Pilgrim Lodge sleeps 27 with showers and kitchen. There is an Olympic sized pool on the grounds.  There are cabins that sleep 252 people. The Memorial Building accommodates 250.  The main dining hall can seat 300 and offers a professional food service.  Classroom building has 4 meeting rooms each holding 40 people.

The facility, located near Exit 12 of I-87 between Erie, PA and Olean, NY, offers numerous meeting rooms, banquet area, theater, computer labs, and classrooms, all equipped with state of the art technology. The facilities at both locations offer ample parking and catering services and are close to nearby hotels. Room fees include set-up and audiovisual equipment.

Merritt Estate Winery specializes in catering functions for all occasions. There is a full catering menu to choose from that offers various food packages to fit your needs. Their outdoor pavilion can accommodate up to 400 people for birthdays, weddings, bus tours and other special functions.

The 16th oldest continually operating amusement park in the nation. Traditional rides for all ages, arcade, roller skating, go-karts, bumper boats, miniature golf, food and more! Boat docking, pavilion rentals, catering services. Several picnic shelters are available for family reunions and company picnics. Tour the Robert H. Jackson Center’s exclusive collections, exhibits, and program and meeting facilities housed in an historic 1858 Italianate mansion. The Jackson Center is open for self-guided, individual, and group tours Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm during summer months and otherwise by appointment. A voluntary donation of $5/person is suggested and appreciated.

The Robert H. Jackson Center may be rented for meetings, training, educational programs and other similar activities deemed appropriate by the Robert H. Jackson Center. The building may not be used for political or religious purposes. Facilities available to rent include two conference rooms (12-25 seats), banquet room (150 seats), and auditorium (180 seats). As part of the rental, we can provide a variety of computer and audio/visual equipment for your meetings.

This world class facility is located on a 27 acre wooded setting with hiking trails. There are many outside areas that would make a perfect setting for a group function or celebration.

The Westfield Train Station is the former New York Central Passenger Station in Westfield, NY. This charming, century old building is on the National Register of Historic Places. Essentially unchanged from when it was built in 1904, the Stations' Richardson Romanesque architecture is unique and romantic and historical setting for weddings, receptions, dinners, and meetings.

Willow Creek Winery offers many extras: a pavilion, a gazebo, a picnic grove, and even a large entertainment stage.   Large groups, buses and limos are welcome by appointment.  Events are memorable when hosted at Willow Creek Winery.
